La historia
Lucía llega al hotel. Tiene su maleta y su celular. Hace calor. Está cansada. En la recepción una señora sonríe. La señora dice: "Buenas noches". Lucía también sonríe.
Lucía dice: "Tengo una reserva para una noche". La señora revisa la computadora. El nombre de Lucía está en la computadora. Después le da la llave. La señora dice: "Su cuarto está en el segundo piso".
Lucía entra al cuarto. Mira la cama. El aire acondicionado no funciona. El cuarto está caliente. Ella baja otra vez. Habla con la señora sobre el problema. La señora dice: "Gracias". Un técnico entra al cuarto. Mira el control. Enciende el aire acondicionado.
Después Lucía toma agua. Mira por la ventana. Afuera pasa un autobús. Lucía escucha voces en la avenida. Ella sonríe. El cuarto ya está fresco. El hotel está tranquilo. Lucía está bien. Ahora puede dormir.

Lucía arrives at the hotel. She has her suitcase and her cellphone. It is hot. She is tired. At reception a woman smiles. The woman says: "Good evening". Lucía smiles too.
Lucía says: "I have a reservation for one night". The woman checks the computer. Lucía's name is on the computer. Then she gives her the key. The woman says: "Your room is on the second floor".
Lucía enters the room. She looks at the bed. The air conditioner does not work. The room is hot. She goes back down. She talks to the woman about the problem. The woman says: "Thank you". A technician enters the room. He looks at the remote. He turns on the air conditioner.
Then Lucía drinks water. She looks out the window. Outside a bus passes. Lucía hears voices on the avenue. She smiles. The room is now cool. The hotel is quiet. Lucía feels fine. Now she can sleep.
