Privacy Policy

Read Spanish Daily is a product of Idiomi. We store your email address to provide passwordless login and, when enabled, daily lesson delivery. We store your learning preferences, assigned lessons, delivery status, annual subscription state, and access state so the service works.

Service providers

Stripe processes subscription payments, invoices, and payment methods; Read Spanish Daily does not store full card numbers. Resend processes outbound email. OpenAI generates educational lesson content shared by learners with matching level and variant preferences. PostHog is used only according to your optional preferences for analytics, experimentation, and session replay.

Your choices

You may manage or cancel annual billing through Stripe’s Customer Portal, unsubscribe from daily email without canceling access, independently manage analytics and replay preferences, disable push devices, and request account deletion in Settings. Active subscriptions must be canceled before account deletion so billing is not orphaned. Necessary authentication, security, delivery, and payment storage is not optional while you use the service.

Analytics privacy

We do not use email addresses as analytics identities and do not intentionally send lesson text, magic links, signed lesson links, Stripe customer, subscription, invoice or payment identifiers, or push keys to PostHog. Replay does not begin without replay consent; inputs are masked and sensitive routes are excluded.

Deletion and retention

Account deletion removes sessions, preferences, and push subscriptions. Subscription and payment records may be retained without an account association when required for accounting, dispute, tax, or legal obligations. Deleting corresponding PostHog data is an operational process documented for the service owner.
