La historia

Ana mira el cielo por la ventana. Está gris y frío. Ella quiere salir temprano. Quiere comprar pan. La tienda cierra pronto.

Pronto empieza la lluvia. Ana toma su celular y revisa la hora. También mira su mochila. No quiere mojarse en la calle.

Su vecina toca la puerta. Dice: "Es mejor esperar un poco". Ana sonríe. Responde: "De acuerdo". Las dos oyen la lluvia fuerte.

Pasan veinte minutos. El cielo cambia. Llueve menos. El aire está fresco. Ana abre la puerta. Toma su paraguas y sale con cuidado.

The full story in English

Ana looks at the sky through the window. It is gray and cold. She wants to go out early. She wants to buy bread. The store closes soon.

Soon the rain starts. Ana takes her cellphone and checks the time. She also looks at her backpack. She doesn't want to get wet in the street.

Her neighbor knocks on the door. She says: "It is better to wait a little." Ana smiles. She answers: "Okay." They both hear the heavy rain.

Twenty minutes pass. The sky changes. It rains less. The air is cool. Ana opens the door. She takes her umbrella and leaves carefully.

Ana is on the street. She sees puddles and wet trees. A man talks to Ana. He says: "The bus arrives in five minutes." Ana looks at the sky. She thinks: "How nice." She walks toward the stop. The bus arrives. Ana gets on the bus.

Ana gets off the bus. Ana arrives at the store on time. The store is quiet and dry. She needs bread. She buys the bread. Then she returns home. It starts raining again.
