La historia
Ana llegó al hotel por la tarde. Viajó en autobús desde la ciudad. Llevaba su celular. También llevaba una cámara y una libreta. Quería descansar cerca de la playa.
Ana estaba en la recepción. Un empleado del hotel debía llevar su maleta del autobús a la recepción. Sonrió y dijo: "Hola. Tengo una reserva". La recepcionista revisó la computadora. Luego miró a Ana. La recepcionista dijo: "Tu habitación está lista. Pero tu maleta no llegó".
Ana sintió preocupación. Tenía ropa para dos días en otra bolsa, pero no tenía pijama ni sandalias. "¿Puede ayudarme?", preguntó. La recepcionista respondió: "Claro, no hay problema. Voy a llamar al conductor del autobús".

The full story in English
Ana arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. She traveled by bus from the city. She was carrying her cellphone. She was also carrying a camera and a notebook. She wanted to rest near the beach.
Ana was at the front desk. A hotel employee was supposed to bring her suitcase from the bus to reception. She smiled and said: "Hello. I have a reservation." The receptionist checked the computer. Then she looked at Ana. The receptionist said: "Your room is ready. But your suitcase did not arrive."
Ana felt worried. She had clothes for two days in another bag, but no pajamas or sandals. "Can you help me?" she asked. The receptionist answered: "Of course, no problem. I am going to call the bus driver."
While she waited, Ana drank cold water in the hotel lounge. A man from the hotel came over with a tag. "We found your suitcase," he said. Ana stood up quickly. "How nice!" she replied.
The suitcase was in the bus storage area. It stayed there by mistake. The man took it to the front desk. Ana opened it and saw her clean clothes. She also found her red hat.
Later, Ana walked toward the beach with her hat. The sea was calm and the sun was gentle. She smiled and thought that the vacation started well.
