La talla correcta
The Right Size

Vamos a comprobar cuál te queda mejor”.

The full story in English
Ana walked into a clothing store on a very busy shopping street. She needed a blazer for an interview the next day. She had tried several in other stores, but none fit her well. She looked at the shelves in a hurry and thought that this visit would be quick.
A sales clerk came over and said, “If you want, I can help you look for your size.” Ana accepted right away. She explained that she was looking for something simple, dark, and comfortable. The clerk checked a clothing rack and took out a navy blazer. “This looks good,” she said.
Ana tried on the blazer in the fitting room. She liked the cut, but the collar sat a little high. When she returned to the counter, she noticed something strange on the tag. It said a size larger than the one she had asked for. “I think this is not the right one,” she said.
The clerk frowned and checked the system on the computer. Then she looked in a box at the back and found another identical piece. “There was a tag mix-up,” she explained. “No problem. Let’s check which one fits you better.” Ana breathed calmly, although she had already imagined that she would have to leave empty-handed.
The second garment fit her perfectly. Ana smiled in front of the mirror and felt that she had finally found what she needed. “I’ll take it,” she said. At the cashier, the clerk gave her a small discount because of the confusion. Ana paid with her card and put the receipt in her bag.
When she left, she looked at the blazer folded inside the bag and felt calmer. The purchase had started with an error, but it ended well. While she waited for the bus, she thought that good service can completely change a complicated afternoon. And, in her case, it can also save an interview.
