La historia

Ana vive en Puebla. Los sábados juega al fútbol con sus amigos. Hoy tienen un partido en el parque. El parque está cerca de su casa.

Ana prepara su bolsa. Tiene agua y una camiseta. Pero falta su pelota. Ana busca la pelota en su cuarto. Solo hay zapatos bajo la cama.

Su mamá está en la cocina. Ana entra y pregunta: "¿Dónde está mi pelota?" Su mamá mira el piso. No hay ninguna pelota en la cocina.

Las dos buscan en la sala. Su mamá ve algo blanco debajo de la mesa. ¡Es la pelota! Ana toma la pelota. Ahora está contenta.

Ana camina al parque con su bolsa y su pelota. Sus amigos están allí. Ana pone la pelota en el suelo. Todos están listos. Ahora empieza el partido.

3 · English Translation

The full story in English

Ana lives in Puebla. On Saturdays she plays soccer with her friends. Today they have a game in the park. The park is near her house.

Ana packs her bag. She has water and a T-shirt. But her ball is missing. Ana looks for the ball in her room. There are only shoes under the bed.

Her mom is in the kitchen. Ana enters and asks: "Where is my ball?" Her mom looks at the floor. There is no ball in the kitchen.

They both look in the living room. Her mom sees something white under the table. It is the ball! Ana picks up the ball. Now she is happy.

Ana walks to the park with her bag and ball. Her friends are there. Ana puts the ball on the ground. Everyone is ready. Now the game starts.
