La historia
Llegué al hotel a las tres de la tarde. Llevaba una mochila y estaba cansado. La recepcionista sonrió y me pidió mi nombre. Yo le dije mi nombre completo.
Busqué la reservación en mi celular. No la encontré al principio. Entonces revisé otra vez y vi el mensaje de confirmación. Se lo enseñé a la recepcionista.
La recepcionista dijo que la habitación todavía no estaba lista. Yo pensé que había un error. Ella habló con calma y me ofreció agua en la sala. Después, me pidió que esperara unos minutos.
Esperé quince minutos y miré el reloj. Había otras personas con maletas. Un señor preguntó por el elevador y la recepcionista le respondió. Yo escuché la conversación y seguí sentado.
Después, me dio otra habitación en el segundo piso. Era más pequeña, pero tenía una cama limpia y buen aire. También me explicó el desayuno. Le agradecí por la ayuda.
Más tarde, encontré mi celular debajo de la mochila. Sonreí porque ya estaba tranquilo. Al final, el problema fue pequeño y el viaje siguió bien. Dormí muy bien esa noche.

The full story in English
I arrived at the hotel at three in the afternoon. I was carrying a backpack and I was tired. The receptionist smiled and asked me for my name. I told her my full name.
I looked for the reservation on my phone. I did not find it at first. Then I checked again and saw the confirmation message. I showed it to the receptionist.
The receptionist said that the room was not ready yet. I thought there was a mistake. She spoke calmly and offered me water in the lobby. After that, she asked me to wait a few minutes.
I waited fifteen minutes and looked at the clock. There were other people with suitcases. A man asked about the elevator and the receptionist answered him. I listened to the conversation and kept sitting.
After that, she gave me another room on the second floor. It was smaller, but it had a clean bed and good air. She also explained breakfast. I thanked her for the help.
Later, I found my phone under the backpack. I smiled because I was already calm. In the end, the problem was small and the trip continued well. I slept very well that night.
